ABSTRACT

Objective To study the mock circulation system (MCS) which can accurately reproduce the human hemodynamic environment for in vitro test in the development of artificial organs such as ventricular assist devices (VAD) and artificial heart-lung machine.Methods A double-heart MCS including the systemic and pulmonary circulation was established, which basically covered the main physiological characteristics and functions of the cardiovascular system. The simulation of valves and arteries were proposed with a new way made of silicone material. The MCS could simulate a variety of physiological environments such as normal human body, heart failure, valvular diseases, arteriosclerosis and peripheral obstruction changes by adjusting the control system parameters or structural parameters.The sensor and control system were used to realize the real-time display, control and data preservation of pressure and flow.Results The MCS could simulate the hemodynamic environment of normal human body and a variety of diseases, which were basically consistent with the actual human condition. The new valve and artery model reduced pressure fluctuations in a much better way. The HeartCon VAD of RocketHeart was connected to the experimental platform under simulated state of heart failure, and the hemodynamic environment (aortic pressure, left atrial pressure, cardiac output, etc.) could all be recovered to the normal range.Conclusions The MCS can accurately reproduce the hemodynamic environment of body and pulmonary circulation under a variety of physiological states, and provide an effective experimental platform for the performance test and control strategy design of artificial organs such as VAD. At the same time, the simulation method of making valves and arteries with silicone material can also be further improved in MCS.

ABSTRACT

Objective To compare the difference between traditional model teaching method and the system of internal circulation system with high simulation of the teaching method of the teaching method of the arm of the arm of the intravenous infusion in children.Methods The research objects were taken as the research object,and the model of the arm of the 2013 students in Kunming college was taken as the research object,and the traditional model was the control group.The difference between the two groups were compared between the 100 groups.Results Compared with the control group,the study group's practice skill score (87.8 ± 6.9) points was higher than that in the control group (78.5 ± 7.4) (P <0.05);the teaching cost (2.64 ± 0.4 yuan) was higher than that in the control group (12.89 ± 0.6 yuan) (P <0.05);the success rate of puncture in the study group 82.8% was higher than that in the control group (62.3%) (P <0.05) Conclusion The internal circulation system of high simulation of pediatric intravenous infusion arm model teaching method in basic nursing practice teaching can improve the teaching effect,the students teaching goal,and mobilize the enthusiasm of students learning.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenfu Injection for the most gastric resection.Methods: ASA II-III patients undergoing elective surgery for 60 patients with subtotal gastrectomy, were divided into experimental group, control group randomly. The experimental group was divided into Shenfu group (A), the control group treated with dopamine (B). In the A group before induction of anesthesia with intravenous injection of 0.8ml/kg of Shenfu injection,and group B received balanced salt to maintain anesthesia, the disposal of the same. Patients were given dopamine, atropine and other vasoactive drugs, there were recorded before anesthesia(T0), immediately after tracheal intubation (T1), 30min after intubation (T2), 1h after intubation(T3) hemodynamics.Results: Compared with the control group, the experimental group canachieve hemodynamic stability time earlier, smaller influence on the fluctuation of blood pressure.Conclusion: Shenfu Injection on patients with coronary heart disease underwentsubtotal gastrectomy to improve the stability of circulation system.

Objective To discuss the monitor and treatment of patients' abnormal condition of circulation system after liver transplantation.Methods Dynamic monitor of 23 patients' circulation system after liver transplantation.Variables include haemodynamics index,plasma albumin,coagulation function,temperature,urinary volume,electrolyte,et al.Results The patients with liver transplantion are in high haemodynamics.Some of them undergo pulmonary hypertension,hypoproteinemia,hypothermia,hypourocrinia,kaliopenia.Conclusion Pay attention to the abnormal condition of circulation system after liver transplantation,take protective the restoration of graft function actively.

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the rule for circulation system structure of drug market,and to analyze drug circulation costs.METHODS:The rules for macrostructure and microstructure of drug circulation were analyzed.The quantitative conception of circulation links(y),circulation extents(n),last nodes(m) and transaction relations were introduced and their relationship were investigate using mathematic model.The proportions of transaction relation in various sections were adopted to analyze circulation cost.RESULTS:There were rules for macrostructure and microstructure of drug circulation.The microstructure showed as a dendrogram circulation structure.Last nodes(m) and circulation extents(n) determinated circulation links(y),relationship between them was y=lnm/lnn.The proprotion of transaction relations in the last link was much higher than in the middle links.CONCLUTIONS:According to the mathematic model,transaction relations mainly concentrate in the last link.As a result it is not possible for us to cut down the quantity of transaction relations and the circulation costs through compaction of the middle links.

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the side-effects of immunosuppressant cyclosporine A (CsA) on the circulatory system of rabbit and the mechanism of its toxicity. Methods Eighteen male New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups. CsA were administered intravenously in 5mg?kg~ -1?d~ -1 to group A and in 15mg?kg~ -1?d~ -1 to group B for consecutively 21 days, meanwhile, as a control, an equal amount of saline was given to group C. Ultrasound and physiometry instrument were used to assess the experimental results. Results No changes were found in the dimension of any cardiac chamber in both groups A and B, obvious thickening occurred in the interventricular septum and the posterior wall of the left ventricular, pericardial effusion appeared and the weight of cardiac muscle increased significantly, and the diastolic and systolic blood pressure in ascending aorta decreased in groups A and B compared to group C. Also, the systolic pressure in left ventricular decreased while the diastolic pressure increased significantly in groups A and B. Conclusion Large dose of CsA has strong toxic effects on cardiac muscles, and can cause cardiac malfunction.

ABSTRACT

Proceeding from the problems confronting hospitals, the paper first offers an analysis of the relationship between the coordination of the "three reforms" and the reform of the management system of public hospitals and then provides some views on the steps for the coordination of the "three reforms" including the reform of the management system of public hospitals, the breakthrough point of the issue in particular. The author holds that the breakthrough point of the coordination lies in reforming the mode of payment and the compensation mechanism of hospitals. The current method of payment by service items ought to be changed into the mode of total quantity control and payment by the amount of service so as to form a policy and operational environment wherein hospitals will seek substantial development on their own initiative. Under such an environment, hospitals can achieve maximum benefits only by minimizing the costs and the primary goals of the coordination of the "three reforms" can thus expect to be attained. On the basis of this, relevant models for the reform of the management system of public hospitals can be promoted. system; Public; Reform
